We offer flexible lease lengths. Depending on time of year, you can stay for as short as 3 months. Reach out to our team to find out our current offering.
Each of our buildings contain 5-9 units with on average 3-5 people coliving. In total we have an average of 30 residents per building. Our community events are open for residents from all buildings so you’ll have the chance to meet people outside of your building as well.
Fully furnished rooms: Each room comes fully furnished with a comfortable bed, dresser, desk, and chair, so you can move in without any hassle.
Community events: We will host various community events throughout the year.
Outdoor garden area: Enjoy some fresh air and nature in our outdoor garden area, perfect for lounging, reading a book, or having a picnic.
Shared kitchen with kitchen tools: Our shared kitchen is equipped with all the necessary tools and appliances for you to prepare your meals and store your groceries.
Cleaning services: We offer regular cleaning services to all the common areas to ensure that your shared space remains neat and tidy at all times.
Laundry in unit: Each unit comes with a washer and dryer, making it easy and convenient for you to do your laundry without leaving the building.
Maintenance service: Our maintenance team is available to address any issues that may arise in your unit or the common areas.

You’re roommates are great and can’t wait to meet you! We have residents from all over the world living at OSLO. Expect to meet likeminded individuals interested in a communal living experience.
We love visitors and also want to make sure that everyone feels comfortable in a shared apartment. We therefore allow visitors for up to 5 nights per month.
Unfortunately, by law, we can only rent to individuals. Due to this, our bedrooms were designed for single occupancy only. We love couples, but each person would have to rent their own room.
